I've seen before the 2 types of knowledge being called episteme (the humors/bacteria/vitamin C type of knowledge) and metis (the lemon/cloudberry type of knowledge).

I've always informally heard it referred to as "physics-like" or not, which I never loved as an informative way to describe it. I was hoping this story would be an easier way to remember/think about the differences.
